Boxercise is a fun workout that anyone can enjoy and I love building Boxercise into my Personal Training sessions in Cardiff.

You could be forgiven for thinking that the video attached to this article features Barry McGuigan, but it’s actually me! Boxercise is a great way to let off some steam, get fit and learn some basic Boxing techniques. My hands may look fast in the video, but you can pick up the skills to throw fast combinations within just a few sessions! Boxercise is all about learning the techniques and being fit enough to practice them.

I’m yet to meet a single person that doesn’t enjoy a Boxercise workout and for that reason I regularly include the techniques in my Personal Training sessions in Cardiff.
