This is a video from my weekly Boxercise class that I run every Monday and Thursday night at Pontprennau Community Centre in Cardiff. Both classes start at 8pm, so why not come along? All Fitness levels are made to feel welcome and our classes have a really friendly atmosphere.

As you can see in the video, we decided to add a competitive element to the session by setting a couple of challenges that aimed to push people to their limits.

Setting targets and making classes competitive is a great way to get the best out of people. Having targets really helps people to push through their pain barrier, which is exactly what is needed for someone to achieve their personal fitness goals.

Our Boxercise sessions incorporate a variety of different techniques that aim to boost your strength and conditioning, as well as your overall fitness and endurance.

This video focuses on some of the drills that we do, but the majority of the session is spent hitting pads and completing Boxing combinations and drills.

Boxercise is one of the best ways to get fit, because it’s really fun. I also incorporate Boxercise techniques into my Personal Training sessions in Cardiff. If you’re not quite ready to sign me up as a Personal Trainer, why not come along to my Boxercise class and have some fun? I promise that you won’t regret it! Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’d like more information on my Boxercise classes or Personal Training service.
