I run a wide range of weekly Fitness classes in Cardiff. All of these classes are held in Gyms and Leisure Centres throughout the South Wales area, so why not come along and see first hand what it’s like to train with me. I have classes to suit all different kinds of people with various fitness levels and experience. My Boxercise class in Pontprennau Cardiff is a high power, intense workout! No boxing experience is needed. Just come along and blast those calories whilst learning new techniques and combinations! Boxercise is a great way to get fit or keep fit!

My Circuits class combines Aerobic exercises with strength and conditioning exercises to give you the complete workout. TRX Suspension Class

Every Thursday from 5:45pm to 6:30pm

My TRX Suspension class is a new type of exercise that uses your body weight to improve your power, core strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. You also have complete range of motion whilst training, which means you get a total body workout. This class is suitable for everyone.


Fitball Training Class

Every Wednesday morning from 9:30am to 10:30am and every Wednesday evening from 7:15pm to 8:15pm
