I run a wide range of weekly Fitness classes in Cardiff. All of these classes are held in Gyms and Leisure Centres throughout the South Wales area, so why not come along and see first hand what it’s like to train with me. I have classes to suit all different kinds of people with various fitness levels and experience. Tabata

Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training(HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds.
We uses a combination of weights and cardio related exercises.
Generally I like to do cardio HIIT sessions on Mondays sessions and a total body workout using weights and bodyweight on Thursdays.
The class is aimed at all fitness levels so pop along and give it a go! It’s a great way to get your daily workout done early and it would be great to see you there.

Spin can be a ride from the shoreline to the hills with the journey that is designed to provide you with a fat burning and strength building workout. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout. Come find the inspiration you’ve been looking for to help you achieve your personal goals! This class is for the beginners as well as seasoned cyclists! Come along and give it a go, it would be great to see you at the class.


 

Fat blast class

Tuesdays & Thursdays 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Saturdays 10am – 11am

The class is an hour long and is going to be a tough one.
The session changes from week to week to prevent adaptation.
Using a combination of animal movements, Ankorr resitance training, HITT and strength training will guarantee you a full all round body workout which will torch calories and burn fat like an inferno.
