I was always the one that got caught up in the latest fad diets and miracle weight loss pills. Like many, I had tried to lose weight in loads of different ways, without ever seeing any results! After wasting years trying to lose weight the easy way, I decided that enough was enough and it was time to start living a healthier lifestyle. My first step towards changing my life was seeking the help of a Personal Trainer in Cardiff.

I chose to work with Phill because of his friendly personality and realistic attitude towards losing weight. When I first met him I instantly felt comfortable because he’s really easy to get along with. When we first started working together, Phill re-educated me on what I should be eating, as opposed to what I thought I should be eating.

Training is tough, but Phill has pushed me further than I ever would have been able to go on my own. I’ve struggled along the way, but he doesn’t judge; he’s always there encouraging me and he gives me the motivation I need to push through the tough times and carry on.

I also enjoy the variety of training because no two workouts are the same. This means that I genuinely feel like I’ve achieved something after every session.

I’ve been working with Phill for just over a year and during this time I’ve changed shape, lost weight and I now feel great. I still look forward to my weekly sessions and I wish I had the time to fit in more.

Phill’s natural warmth and friendly personality is unique and he’s blessed with the ability of making you feel comfortable and being able to help you achieve things that you never thought were possible.

I can’t thank Phill enough for helping me change my life for the better. I’m now a much happier and healthier person.
